Stuck on old BT Business Broadband package - help with upgrade / leave

Hello,

 

We have been stuck on an old BT Business Broadband package (Option 2 I think) for years. This only gives us 6mb down, even though we have a second line from another provider which is rock-solid at 18mb.

 

We have not upgraded the BT ADSL line as we have been palmed off with the 'BT Infinity is coming to you soon' for ages, but there is still no sighn of that happening soon.

 

Can someone please kindly direct to anyone who can either help us to upgrade to one of the more modern BT packages, or give us a MAC code so we can leave.

Hello Steve,

 

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

 

The best people to help you with these queries would be our Customer Options team, as they handle all account upgrade and MAC Code requests.

 

You can get through to them directly by calling (0800 800) 152, and selecting the option for cancellations. If you choose to re-sign your contract and move on to another package, they may even be able to arrange for a new, updated Business Hub 3 to be sent out to you as well.
