Hi, I have been asked by the owner to take over maintenance of a site hosted by BTConnect. The original maintainer is non-contactable (disappeared).
I phoned the BtConnect helpdesk and they basically said they could not help unless I could provide the WM account number, org name and details etc. This seemed reasonable, I asked what I should do with this info (once gathered) and I was told put it in on the DNSFORMS.CO.UK site. This is just another help site so no progress there. I feel a brick wall looming - any suggestions on how to short circuit this?

The http://www.dnsforms.co.uk address should forward you to the contact links for the VAS and DNS teams.
If it doesn't then your browser doesn't work, or at least doesn't like address forwarding.

p.s. If you clicked on 'Faults and Technical Help' and then on 'Domains and Web Hosting' on the page you got to then you would find the same place.
