I re-signed my Broadband nearly 2 years ago to take advantage of the free Mobile Broadband Deal. Am I right in thinking this becomes chargeable after 2 years?
If this is the case would I be better off re-signing again for Broadband Option 2 with the £7.50 Mobile Broadband option?
IM HARD OF HEARING AND MY PROBLEM IS ALL COMMUNICATIONS I HAVE TO DO VIA EMAIL OR INTERPRITER
SO WHEN I GO TO ORDER BT OFFICE ANYWHERE THEY WANT TO CALL ME BACK AND THERES NO MENTIONED OF SPECIAL FACILITYS FOIR THE HANDICAP.
DO YOU KNOW HOW I CAN ORDER BT OFFICE MOBILE ANYWHERE VIA ANOTHER WAY
PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN THANK YOU
Hi lukegee,
You can ask questions, or request an order, via email for BT Office Anywhere by using the "Enquire now" button - on the top right hand side of the page - rather than the "Buy now" button which is more of a call back request. Hope this helps.
Cheers,
James
Hi James
I have tried every BT department under the sun and nobody can give me a definitve answer.

Hi Gadgetboy
If you stay on your Option 3 broadband, the mobile broadband will continue to be free (subject to all the same terms and conditions). If you choose to cease your fixed broadband but want to keep your mobile broadband, it will become chargeable and you will pay £12.50 per month

Hi Frances
Thanks for the reply.
Firstly. I'm not on Option 3 Broadband, I'm on Option 2. However, this is Option 2 from nearly 2 years ago so it could be the equivalent to Option 3 now. This is part of the problem, BT keep changing the offers and tarrifs so it's impossible to compare old and new products.
Secondly. Assuming your post is correct can you point me to a website page or department than can give me this information on-line or in writing. I want to make sure when January comes and the "free" mobile broadband deal ends I have the evidence to defend myself if I start getting charged for it.

Hi Gadgetboy
You can contact the Business helpdesk who will be able to provide this information to you

Hi Frances
I've already been in touch with the Business Helpdesk and they didn't know the answer at all.
Here's the deal. The Business Broadband helpdesk didn't know so they transferred me to the Mobile people. The Mobile people said because this was a free deal from the Business Broadband people I'd have to talk to them. See where I'm going here?
I'm quite happy to accept what you've already said about re-signing but I want to make sure I have the evidence to back it up.
Cheers
David
