Tracing Old Numbers

Is it possible to trace a phone number (someone who phoned me) even though the call was made last week?

I have had calls since, so 1571 is out of the question.

I know the time and date of the call, and I am hoping that in the same way that out going calls are logged, i am hoping that incoming calls are also logged.

If this is possible, please le me know.

depends on why you need to trace.

if its a criminal act BT will provide to the police, if its a repeated nuisance caller they should help. if you forgot to ring a customer back etc then you are up the swanny.

dont suppose you have a tel system as some have delta logging every call in and out?
