I have an ongoing fault on one of my external lines. I have tried to view detailed fault tracking info at http://www.bt.com/appsbtbfaulttracking/business/public/hub.do?s_cid=btb_FURL_repaironline but when I dig deeper for more specific info with my account no all I get is "Functionality temporarily unavailable ".
Is this a known issue and when will it be fixed?
Issue is now resolved. Engineer turned up and was able to repair the fault.
I've just tried to check the status of a fault raised earlier & got the same message.....
