Transfer @btconnect.com email address from old business broadband account to new business broadband

I want to retain my @btconnect business email account as my previous company no longer pays for my internet. I have set up a new BT business broadband account with my new company paying for it. How do I transfer my (old) business @btconnect email to my new business broadband account?

I have been given the runaround by so many BT call centres that I'm at the stage of giving up!

So please can I have the number or person I need to talk to to transfer my email address to my new business broadband account?

it might not be possible to transfer the email address from the old account to the new account. It will depend on what systems the 2 accounts are on.
