Hi
We have a 5 year contract with BT for a featureline/business line which is due to end June 2014.
After this date the featureline/buisness line will no longer be required and we would like to transfer the business line back into a residential line.
I have read reports of some nastly nightmares in making this change...
Can anybody assist me in the best, painless way, to move the business line to a residential line?
The business line is currently in the name of a Ltd company.
