Transferred Domain still says pending & can't forward my sites

We sent a transfer domain request almost a year ago now and it still says that it is pending. However when i go to manage my domains it is listed there. Also when i try and visit the page www.dmr-structural.co.uk it says HTTP 403 Forbidden (The website declined to show this webpage). Also i have tried forwarding our .com domain to the co.uk so they are the same page but again nothing happens. HELP!

In addition, it looks like my www.dmr-structural.co.uk is marked as our free web space which is actually listed as http://home.btconnect.com/dmr-structural.co.uk 

This is of no use to us as we have printed letterheads etc. with www.dmr-structural.co.uk

I was told to use URL forwarding by a BT customer service person but this did nothing.

Is there a way to sort this out. I would prefer it if our .com was our free page and our co.uk was the main hosted one. When you ring up and get passed to about 10 people and they say it should work to do x, y or z and then it does not work it get frustrating. Please help.
