I have several questions but lets start with context, I will be taking over the hosting of a clients website as well as providing their email services. Firstly I wanted to know once the form is sent to transfer the DNS out how long does it usually take and should I expect any downtime? Secondly will emails stop straight away once the form has been processed or is there any delay? Also any advice you can give to minimize downtime would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
