We signed a contract to transfer to BT from current provider back in September 2010 and after 6 months, are still waiting! BT local business (in Leeds) just ignore our calls and when we do talk to them, they don't seem to have any idea what is happening.
Is this normal for BT transfers? Anybody else had a similar problem and / or know how to sort?
