hi there, just wondering if anyone knew how i could recover my password for my business broadband connection. It's been so long since i set it up that i've none of the original records other than the btclick.com username in the voyager 220.

It was the same as your BTClick primary email account password.
Failing that, call the helpdesk and they can reset it for you.
