***URGENT*** Recent upgrade causing checkout to crash

BT PLEASE RESOLVE IMMEDIATELY

 

Hi,

 

Since the recent eShop upgrade we are continually having customers contact us advising that the basket checkout process crashes preventing them from placing an order.  This is totally unacceptable and must be resolved asap.

An error occurred during processing.

Details about this error are available at the number below in the log file on the server.

Please advise or investigate this issue as soon as possible.

Please note that ePages v6.14.3 does not allow orders to be placed if the address fields are left empty in the 'General Settings > Address' tab.

 

I know how bizarre this sounds but I found the solution on the below ePages forum link!
