I need to edit an order to change the tax area and also the delivery method which I can do but it won't allow me to update or apply. I never had this problem before the upgrade.
Can anyone suggest how to do this now?

Just worked out how to do this. You cannot change anything unless you edit the address area, then it wil update and apply.
Maybe if BT are reading this it can be rectified in due course.
