Unable To Renew Hosting (pre 2008 account)

I received a renewal notice for my hosting and domain name and have been able to renew my domain name but not my Business Starter hosting. Have tried different debit and credit cards but just get an' unable to renew' message with no detail as to why. completing the on-line e-mail form for help gets a bounce notice and direct e-mails for support are unanswered. Tried phoning but kept ending up on Broadband help who couldn't (help that is). Hosting expires next week which, obviously, impacts on my business. 

 

I am guessing that maybe the product has been withdrawn  Links from BTDOMAINSACCOUNT.COM showing hosting options fail to work, and I have had no notification nor am I receiving any help. Anyone else been in a similar position and have a way of getting it resolved or any other advice? All help much appreciated.

Hi Dave, appreciate that this is a user forum and was approaching on that basis looking to see if anyone had had a similar experience and had managed to get it resolved. The link you posted brings me back to the B.T. Customer Help pages, a route I have been down a large number of times and, as the support e-mail are not replying I was, as I say, hoping some forum members might have successful experience of other routes and/ or an escalation path.

Hi,

 

The DNSforms address should direct you to a list of specific contacts for DNS and hosting enquiries, although it will show the main Contact Us page before doing so.

 

I screwed up the link again because the comma was included in it again.  That happened the last time I linked it for some reason as well.  Oo
