Unable to access website for editing

Why are we unable to get into our website to edit it? I can get as far as the "Welcome to Easysitewizard Pro" screen, but when I click the START button I get a blue box which says "Loading" then it just takes me back to the "Welcome to your BT website centre" screen - it just keeps going round in circles and will not open the Easysitewizard to let us edit our website.

 

We have tried it on different browsers (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari and Google) on different pcs but with the same problem every time.

 

I've checked on the BT current problems status page and there's nothing reported. What is the problem?

At a guess it is just because the service provided is garbage.  I am trying to perform a simple operation myself that I have performed many times using regular web hosting services and am at the point of just telling my friend to ditch the BT service and use someone else, it's a joke!

You may have to clear cache and cookies if the browser has accessed the tool previously as this may be causing this issue. You may also want to be sure you have no pop-up blockers enabled, or to allow your control panel to show pop-ups, as the easy site wizard does open in a new window and is often blocked by these types of tools.
