Unable to activate Web Hosting Starter Pack

I bought a Web Hosting Starter Pack at the end of August and haven't yet been able to activate it. I've tried numerous number and emailed via the bt website (both queries and complaints) but haven't spoken to anyone who can help me and haven't received a response to emails. So, BT have my money and I have absolutely nothing in exchange. Does anyone know what number I can call (one which won't end up with me being passed from person to person) or an email address, so I can either get the issue resolved or get my money back?

Hi Roelofsma,

 

If you are having a problem with activating your webhosting pack, I would recomend that you contact us, to allow us to look into why it is not activating properly, if you click on this link, this will give you the options you have to get this resolved.
