I have a BTconnect email (myname
@btconnect.com) and also an alias email address for business purposes (marie@mycompanyname.com)
Everything was working fine for the past three years until I recently upgraded to a new blackberry. Although I do receive the emails sent to my alias address on my blackberry, I am unable to set up my alias as an additional email and when I reply to an email sent to my alias, it shows the btconnect email address which completely defeats the purpose of the alias.
I've trying contacting BT numerous times by phone, online chat etc.. and never got anywhere, other than being told that BT does not support blackberry which is very unfortunate.
From reading the posts online, it seems that my situation is not unique. Has anyone found a solution? If not does anyone know how to move my alias email address to another provider?
