Hi
I have a customer who uses his BTconnect.com email address in BTs Webmail only, as he is on BT Email Lite with only 1gb he is always running out of space, he has asked BT if he can upgrade to Small Business Essentials, but they have said he cannot do this, is this because he is using a btconnect.com email address rather than having his own domain name?

@btconnect.com email addresses canonbly be POP/Lite accounts. Office 365 small business essentilas can only be used against domain name email accounts.
