Hi,
We have recently shifted from a residential to a business account and a reasonable amount of upload speed is important since a member of the household must frequently feed live video and audio to primary news broadcasters (BBC, Sky, Al Jazerra etc).
This has been accomplished over a cellular network delivering a 2.5 Mbps upload speed, which is more than ample to feed HD video and audio.
We note that our rural exchange has recently been upgraded to 21CN and delivers an actual and consistant speed of 18.45 Mbps download and 1.1 Mbps on the upload path (we live just a third of a mile from the exchange) and understand that a switch to G.992.5 Annex M (as opposed to the current G.992.5 Annex A modulation) would enable a comparable upload speed to the aforementioned cellular method.
We further note that the exchange can support the G.992.5 Annex M modulation method and therefore wonder whether it's possible to have this enabled.
Advice would be most welcome.
Regards,
CHRIS

Hi,
As far as I know there isn't any BT provider offering a mainstream Annex M product, but if you contact BT Local Business I believe that they can organise this.
