Upload speed

I'm on BT business broadband up to Meg download and 1 Meg upload but my exchange is only ADSL MAX.

I need the upload speed for sending out large email's.

I'm wondering if I can get the adsl max premium service with the 832kbit/s upload speed instead of the up to 1 Meg as my line is capped at 448kbit/s.

When I signed up for this I asked if I could get my upload speed uncapped to 832kbit/s the person said it will be uncapped but it still sits at

Downstream	8,128 Kbps
Upstream	448 Kbps

Do you still do the ADSL MAX PREMIUM serivce?

If so I dont want to be stuck in this 24 month contract with poor upload speed when I constantly said while going through the product on the phone to BT that my exchange is not ADSL2+ enabled and I need the 832kbit/s upload speed.

I was told I would get this.
