I urgently need to book an engineer to remove the previous owner's BT Business equipment from my premises. It clearly says property of BT on some of the equipment, and it is all wired in, so I cannot remove it myself. We have just had a new BT Business installation, but the engineer said it was not his job to remove this equipment, it was another department. There are three items, as shown below, except that they are now dangling off the wall (as they were in the way of our display cabinets). I have tried speaking to about eight people at different BT departments but nobody can give me the right department to arrange this. This equipment is in a small public hall and presents a safety risk so I am very anxious to remove it. Please help!
