Use of BT Hub Wireless hub phone with BT Business broadband router (2700)

Hi, I have just moved from the residential broadband to the Business broadband offering. The old residential hub came with a hub phone (wireless) which was used for the VOIP line - can I use this phone on my new Business broadband router?  Thanks Mark

Hi MarkieMarque,

Unfortunately the old residential Hub phone is not compatible with the business service, you can however use a standard telephone which can be plugged into the voice port double (grey connector) located at the rear of the router or you can purchase a Falcon SIP phone via your Self-care portal ( www.bt.com/business/yourbbv ) which will plug into one of the standard ethernet connections on your Hub.

Hope this is of help

Thanks Tracy. I went for the BT Graphite 1100 (x2 for £29.99).  All seems to work okay.
