My partner is trying to set up her 'partner'@btconnect.com email in Outlook 2013 (Windows 😎 so that outgoing emails appear to come from our business address, 'partner'@ourbusiness.com. Unfortunately, we just can't get it to work.
I've been able to use all my own aliases – including 'me'@ourbusiness.com – through our 'business'@btconnect.com address on my Mac, iPhone and iPad, but copying the settings doesn't seem to work in Outlook on her laptop.
Both 'partner'@ourbusiness.com and 'business'@btconnect.com addresses are part of our BT Broadband plan but our business domain is hosted by 1&1.
