btconnect email on an OPO

hi there just a bit of background. I have been successfully using my 2 btconnect email addresses with An One plus One using k-9 mail for the last 5 months. originally i used the outlook settings but noticed these were not working past 6 March and updated my settings on the phone as i was unable to send emails. I updated them to the office 365 settings and they worked fine (yey). so today i am sending and recieving emails as normal and then BAM suddenly i start getting the error messages again. it appears as though 9pm was the trigger point. this time it appears to be the incoming mail server and this is affecting me sending e-mails also. I tried re-setting up the account but it says unable to connect to server (unable to open connection to POP server).

 

I thought perhaps my settings are wrong again but heres the twist. i also have an iphone6+ which uses apples email system and i tested that phone sending and receiving emails is fine so i am a bit stuck here!

 

Any help would be appreciated in trying to sort this out.

OK so all appears to be fine now how wierd! 10pm hit and its all fine again lol
