I currently use another VOIP provider and want to switch to BT VOIP. Can I use my existing equipment (Siemens) assuming I change the router configurations to BT's settings.
I know it is said that BT only support their own hardware, but what is meant by "support". Does it just mean they will not answer any questions regarding any other hardware, or does it mean any other hardware just does not work? That you MUST use their hardware.

The Support offered is we will not advise how to setup or give you the information to setup your own equipment.
Some 3rd party equipment work with our service and some don't it is not completely locked to our own setup and equipment.
You can only try.
