I have a couple of questions which can hopefully be answered;
We have a BT Versatility system and I would like to (hopefully!) do the following changes;
1. We have 2 digit extensions, starting at 20, 21, 22...we would like to change this to 4 digit extensions starting 3000, 3001, 3002. Is it possible with this system?
2. Automated answering. Is it possible to have an automated greeting when people call to say press 1 for sales, 2 for accounts?
3. Call routing. Is it possible for the system to divert calls to a mobile when extension 3322 is called?
I'm waiting delivery of my V.24 cable so I can link directly to the PBX, but if I could get these confirmed before hand it would be great.

in short order, No, Yes, Yes.
No you cant change the extension number, yes you can set up auto-attendant, and yes you can divert an extension to a mobile.
Have a look at the user manual, its free on our website, if you dont have it.
