I'm trying to lock down our Versatility system on weekends and outside hours, with the following functions:
# prevent general calls to the outside but with system speed dial override
# give authorised users a number combination to allow them to call out during the lock down
# have this lock down set automatically in the manner of day/night service settings
I can't seem to find any feature that does this combination:
# Extension locking needs to be done manually from each extension (or maybe from the Ovidia software which I have lost and I can't get because I have not renewed my contract) and I can't depend on my authorised users to remember to lock it again.
# Setting all extensions to class 4 + system speed dial override during night service means there is no way for an authorised user to get through with some kind of unlock code.
At least that's how I see it in the user manual and in my experimentation.
I'm toying with using LCR settings to do it. (I'm only using 4 of my 8 trunk line capacity (ISDN) so I can try route calls to the unused lines to prevent calling out that way.)
Any ideas?
