Very poor Billing services

I would just like to make a complaint about the time it takes to get through

to a Billing advisor for my BT Internet services which are curently down !!!

 

My account is as follows:- [removed by MOD]

 

I just need to make contact with your Billing team asap to advise them of my new Billing address for our NEW NHS  organisation.
