VoIP Setup - Need Help!!!!

Hi All,

 

New to all this VoIP business but have been setting up three phones for the business I work for today.

 

I found all the SIP settings (with a little of Google's help Smiley Wink) and after a bit, well ok a lot, of tinkering I finally have them connected and ready for calls.

 

 

*FYI - the setup is a BT Business Hub 2 with 3 Netphone KE1020A phones with 2 desktops connected to the phones for internet access*

 

I started all this at 9am this morning and im still going as since getting them to connect I now have further issues. Firstly when making an outgoing call or receiving an incoming call the connection is fine for 30 seconds maximum and then suddenly drops. The message on the phone reads "Peer Hangup"? Anybody have any experience of this?

 

Second issue I have is that the phones connect and say "Ready for Call" but intermittently will lose that connection and attempt reconnection with the message "Login Failed" followed by "Waiting for Logon". Again anyone have experience with this?

*Update - all three phones randomly drop connection, and the 30 second drop out on calls doesnt always happen.
