Volume problems

Every time I make a call on my HTC S620 the button on the side is moving the volume. Any ideas how I can stop this? Thanks

You can deactivate the JOGGR function by opening the Start menu and going to settings. Select the 'More' option twice and then go to option number 5 - 'JOGGR'. In this menu you can disable the JOGGR by unticking the box.

Alternatively you can change the function of the JOGGR within this menu from Adjusting the volume to scrolling through menus.
