Is it only me but shouldn't BT rename this WYSINWYG (What you see is NOT what you get)? I find this to be one of the most infuriating, unpredictable, bug-ridden pieces of software ever written.
Maybe we could start a list of all the things that go wrong with it, but I wouldn't know where to start.......
(Note - Having said the above, generally speaking, I like the eShop software)
