Want to close a website

Many many years ago, for my place of work at the time I set up a website using the btconnect site builder, and registered it to a domain with a ".co.uk" suffix.
The project closed about 8 years ago, so I updated the website with all of the information about the closure with the interntion of taking it down soon after - obviously I forgot and I'm very surprised that its still there!
I can't remember my username, email password, anything. I just wondered how to go about closing the page, or at the very least freeing up the domain name.
Any suggestions?

Hi there,
You could try www.dnsforms.co.uk and submit a 'hosting general enquiry' and ask for it to be removed.
Without account validation they may not help though.
Thanks
