Following on from the hosting problems yesterday morning (error 404), resolved by mid morning, our website is down again albeit with a new error code (403 Forbidden). This is the 3rd time in 6 weeks and is unacceptable.
As with all your other customers, we rely on website marketing and especially Google to rank our site favourably on listings, which will not happen if our site is not up and running for most pf the time. This is costing us immeasurable damage in terms of business income and whilst we would love to transfer to another host, we signed up for a new 2 year package.
Get your act together BT, as a client of over 14 years, we expect more from you.

Sorry to hear of these issues.
Error 403 usually means that you do not have permission to access the site, this can be due to any number of reasons.
Index page is missing
Website has been hacked.
In this case, please send me a pvt msg with your domain and I will look into this.

Hi Ian,
Many thanks for your response. The website is www.synergyprofessions.com which you have hosted for many years.
We upgraded from basic to advanced web hosting last July and everything has been fine but apparently someone in the back office has not linked the account to advanced so we have had to activate that again and now we are awaiting Hostopia to find a back up of our website as it is"lost".
Your guys have been very helpful but this is causing undue stress as we are an ecommerce business.
Any help you can give would be most apprecaited.
