I have a issue with this OS login I have tried to put in my domain which is www.zygiproperties.com  then the password which is now failing, but when I access this from the admin page all ok, the OS will not accept the above domain name. I was in Cyprus a few weeks back and could not make amenments to the website so your colleague help me with the OS but now I cannot get into it. I will be going back to Cyprus in the next couple of weeks. Any help would be nice.

Good afternoon.

As a basic and first measure, delete any browsing history or saved passwords that are in your browser. (Save any passwords and favorites that you use on a regular basis so that they are saved and not deleted when you clear the browser history.)

On IE8 the browser history is cleared by Safety > Delete Browsing History > then tick all the boxes except for "Preserve Favorite websites data".

Also if you have adjusted the cookie handling, ensure that you have not blocked the website address.

Clearing the browser history often solves this type of problem, sp perhaps these simple steps will be the solution.

the username is just the domain name without the www bit, and the password is your ftp password.

Sorry no Joy

I did clear all cookies and did try zygiproperties but not sure about the password now

I did try for a new password that also failed as below

 Enter your domain in the box provided and click "Ok" to have your WebsiteOS password sent to you.

 Opens a new window now saying Authentification failed.

Not to sure about the FTP password are the two the same ??

Is it possible for you to reset this at your end and email me the details, or do I need to do this in the Accounts / Admin Panel.

Dear Pete,

Although the precise problem you have is not clear to me, here is another suggestion anyway.

To access my webpage, the log in is through

www.myoffice.bt.com > My Services (Manage your products and services) > [enter user name and password] the user name is the btconnect.com e-mail address > Web Hosting and Onlince Stores > then select the web page.

Perhaps your password could be your btconnect.com e-mail address as well?

Hi WizApprentice  all done now lots of info it was an issue with with popup window website os ie password ftp.
