Hi all,
Had Infinity Option 2 with 5 Static IP addresses since earlier this month but am becoming concerned at the fact that I still haven't found any bills on my online BT business account. How long do BT typically take before they produce the first bill?
When I login it just says:
"Sorry, billing and payment details for this account are currently unavailable"
and...
"Currently there are no Billing and Payments details for this account"
Have BT forgotten to bill me?

Resolved with live chat. First quarterly bill is due roughly a month after you've had the service, however I've amended my account to be billed monthly also with the person on live chat.
