Hi,
I am currently working for a school and we're having some issues with contacting BT in order to get the domain settings changed.
We need to change the A Record settings so we can point the domain to a new hosting account.
I've spoke to 10 different people/departments and no one in BT can help or point me in the right direction.
Who do I speak to?
I've been told we need to speak to 'BT Web Services', but this department doesn't seem to exist?
