I have ongoing faults with my line. Of course, when the line is down, internet is down, so I can't report or check a fault online. Therefore my only option is to use my mobile phone. I have to dial 0800 800 154 because that is the only number BT makes available. Result is I've spent a small fortune on call charges alone.
Why on earth can't BT provide a geographical or an 0300 number to call ?
