acessing my ftp

i am currently designing a website for a client and cant acess his ftp even though i have all his passowrds and login details. can anyone please help me with this problem

What FTP package do you use and whats the error?

You need to get your client to log into the Website Centre and make sure that Frontpage Extensions have not been enabled. Or you can do this yourself if you have access to his account.

Find this in the Website Centre under Site Builders > Frontpage Manager > Uninstall (if necessary)

got it working just neede to change the password and download filezilla thanks anyway.
