anti spyware problems

I have the bt isecp installed and it has found spyware on my computer, however it will not quarantine it and when I try to delete it it just re appears on the next scan, why does nt the anti spyware get rid of it have tried  other anti -spyware and it has found nothing is there a problem with bt Anti spyware?

Possibly not. If it wants to quarantine it, this could be for a number of reasons. If it keeps re-appearing then it is still o your system and hasn't actually been deleted.


Try using trend micro online scan housecall.trendmicro.com or downloading Malawarye bytes www.malwarebytes.org which is free as well. (This is a very good free program!) which should help you out.
