.asp Error - Language Pack not installed

We've switched hosts to BT. Now, none of the website pages load. After BT turned on asp error reporting, it appears that the error is due to

SessionID error 'ASP 0219 : 80004005'

Invalid LCID

/generator/includes/config.asp, line 16

The specified LCID is not available.

I check the .asp file and it turns our that the Croation Language Pack 1050 is not installed on the BT web server.

How do i go about getting it installed?

I doubt you will be able to do this to be honest as they generally decline such requests.

You will probably need to adapt your website to suit the server configuration.

Doesnt matter. Ive fixed it myself by changing the local language to english.

Site is now working as normal.
