again bt rip me off i have been with them over 28 years now i find out that they are charging me for bt sport even although i have their broad band service i never asked or used or wanted the sport service despite the fact they said i registerd i deny this and still they charge me they say its because i havent renewed my contract what renewal i was not informed of this they were rude condescending accusatory when i was on the phone to them for over an hour well no more this is the second time they have abused me this is the second time they have lied to me this is the second time they have cheated me I AM GOING TO SKY SERVICES AND ADVISE EVERYONE TO GET OUT OF BT they are liars theives and cheats
