broadband & Voip move - more like broadband Voip fail

Well despite using their central sales department and making hideous amounts of calls to BT Business movers, Voip and central sales confirming and re-confirming our business move -  when it came to the day - Friday; nothing happened broadband failed to be installed and our VOIP system failed to be moved too. So our business has no internet and no phone system!!

 

Despite reassurances earlier in the week that all would go ahead as planned; one of the 2 broadband sales orders just didn't get processed properly!! As for my other line i have no idea why BT have not switched the broadband over and despite numerous calls to BT today no one will tell me when this is getting switched over.

 

What a way to treat your customers!

 

My many letters of complaint are written and in the post.

 

BT - GET YOUR HOUSE IN ORDER!!!

I have now been told that the original order was raised incorrectly. HOwever i know it was not.

It will now take at least 48 hours for the order to be re-built and for broadband to be installed.

We will loose 3 more days business while BT raise new orders.

 

The whole situation is lamentable and i will not tolerate it.

The UK can not do business when it is crippled by this level of Telecoms incompetence.

 

I am writing to everyone i can think of - My MP, David Cameron, FSB, Ofcom,Vince Cable every newspaper.

I am sorry that you had this difficulty, apollogirl.  Is the issue resolved, now?
