Anyone else having trouble accessing btspeedtester?
I can not get onto the site (well approx 3 times) since fault reported about broadband service (have been keeping records of the speeds until then) and work carried out on my line, this started as being able to access site but being told my telephone number was not recognised and now very rare can i even get into the site.
While typing this message broadband has lost connection for a few minutes again.
Can anyone tell me if they get 135K/bps as their broadband service (yes I got into the site at last)
This usually means that you have a dropping connection on the line. The line profile is automatically monitored and if it finds a certain number of dropping connections within a periord of time it will re-calculate the profile to a lower speed to stabilise the line. It will continue to do this until it finds the profile that is stable for the line. With your profile being so low, it does seem to be pointing to the line dropping connection.
