@btconnect.com email address

I have an @btconnect.com email address set up in Outlook 2013 as a POP3 account.  Sends mail fine but won't receive.

Incoming mail server is set to outlook.office365.com and incoming port 995 (all as per instructions here) but I'm getting an error message saying:-

Any ideas anyone??
