btconnect email box cannot fwd to new MS365 address; emails deleted from btconnect box.

Hi

I am master and for me, all emails to my old btconnect mailbox are forwarded to my new email address.  No problem.

 

My son's btconnect account is set to forward to his new address  in the same way but:

- the messages arent forwarded and all he gets is a "delivery failed" email saying that "you werent recognised as a valid sender".  Ths is sent to his new email box.

- the old lost emails are diappearing from his btconnect mail box.  I have checked auto deletes etc but cannot find a cause.

Any ideas? Thanks
