btconnect emails

Recently when i go into my Microsoft and login into by btconnect account, it appears as if it is coming from a Community Santander Account.  Is this legitimate? or am I being hacked?

Sorry you are having issues with this.

I am just wondering if you could clarify exactly what is happening? The btconnect email should have no link to Sandander, so I am not sure what exactly could be causing that. If you clarify when exactly it pops up with Santander then we may be able to assist you furher. If the account has been compromised, our tech team will be able to help you reset your password and make the account secure again for you. 🙂

I have a btconnect.com email. I have been locked out i think it has been hacked. How do I get back into it so i can chage passwords. thanks Isabell
