What is the best way to hide these and have them appear as my own domain name links?

I also have a problem that for some of the links they send the user to a login page when they should just be going to another page on the same site. 

Any knowledge/pointers as to how to rectify both would be good.

There is a short url (address)  feature which allows you  to either automatically create the short URLs for all pages in the shop (i.e. products and pages/categories) or to do this manually in every product/page/category. The manual settings can be found in the products detail page (tab "General -> Prices/Inventory/Delivery") and in the page/category detail page in the "General" tab.

This feature can only be used by merchants who have connected their domain name with the shop.
