Hi there
we have caller id and also a fax on our phone line, however a couple of weeks ago the caller id stopped displaying and the fax also stopped working, we have checked phones and fax on another line and they are working correctly, engineer has been out and said that caller id is activated on the line, however the phone just says incoming call rather than displaying the phone number. what can be done to sort this issue as we are now paying for a service we are not receiving?
