can no longer access the ePages Admin Page!!!

After only a day of my shop going live i now cannot access the ePages Admin Page or my Shop!!

Spent ages on Tuesday getting it all working - even had the DNS sorted so the URL reads www.mydomain.co/epages/  rather than epages.mydomain.com/  in fact, you can go to the website and all looks good even the domain name - just can't do or change anything!!!

Everytime i go to access the Portal where i should get the option to go to AdminPage i get a message telling me my URL/DNS is wrong and needs to be fixed.  Have raised it with BT and it appears to have been up the technical line as it appears to be an issue with BT systems.  Crazy thing is that it took 2 hours for them to accept thhere was a fault.  Then i got told they should have an update within 24 hours (but not time frame to fix).  24 hours later, I am now told the response should be within 48 hours and to keep calling back!

When i pushed the point that i have a shop which i need to get into to make changes and tweeks and can they give me an estimate of when this will be fixed....i got the amazing response  " we (BT) have upto 14 days to get a solution to you - it's in your service contract" !

So much for understanding the customer....or the wellbeing of my business!
