How do I cancel a phone line installed in a unit for an alarm system?
I have tried ringing for three days and cannot get through, have been on hold for 10 minutes + each time. Have tried email, no response; have tried web chat - waited for 45 minutes then it 'closed'; have registered a message on web site. still no response.
tried to do this a while ago and had to get confirmation of disconnect from alarm company, this was done now I cant reach BT

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems at the moment. We are currently extremely busy with Service Outages all over the country. Have you tried ringing 0800 800 152, which is the direct number for Business Sales. That would be the easiest option at the moment.
